Lead times
Living Timber furniture is designed and handcrafted in Australia.
As a general rule of thumb please allow 8-12 weeks for production from when the order is placed with a deposit or full payment. If this can be expedited we will tell you in advance.
Domestic shipping
Larger items such as furniture are sent via our chosen courier service.
If you are outside of Greater Sydney please contact us to discuss freight options.
Please ensure access to your property is sufficient for the dimensions of the order you are placing (size of entrance door, unit complex etc). Living Timber does not cover a subsequent delivery if the piece is not able to be delivered due to insufficient access. This will be payable by the client.
Local pickup
You’re more than welcome to pick your item(s) up from our warehouse located at Unit 70/37-47 Borec Road, Penrith, 2750 NSW. Please select the ‘pick-up’ option at check-out and we will notify you once your item(s) are ready to collect.
